Zhuang Li is an Associate Professor specializing in maritime engineering and transportation safety. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and has extensive experience in academic research, supervision, and project leadership. His work focuses on ship navigation risk management, particularly in polar and restricted waters, as well as maritime traffic safety and marine big data analytics. He has published numerous SCI-indexed papers and holds multiple national invention patents. He has led and contributed to several funded research projects at national and provincial levels. His research advances risk modeling and decision-making tools, supporting safer and more efficient maritime operations and policy development.
